Overall, my three-night stay was pleasant. The bed in my queen room was comfy, perfect for relaxation after exploring nearby attractions. Breakfast options were basic but the coffee was great! Future guests should bring their own snacks and be sure to check for any needed amenities upon arrival.

Customer service stood out. the staff went above and beyond by providing rags to clean our bikes after a muddy ride. However, the inconsistent pet policy is concerning. as a solo traveler, I was disappointed to find upon arrival that the hotel was no longer pet-friendly despite advertisements. Additionally, the information provided during my check-in lacked clarity and insight.

sleep inn has excellent recreational opportunities. it's super close to shopping and restaurants. the staff was friendly and helpful, particularly with my check-in process. my room was cozy and clean, perfect for solo travelers.

During my stay at Sleep Inn, I slept in the most comfortable bed I've ever experienced in a hotel. The cold AC was refreshing after a long drive. The only downside was a slightly dated restroom, but overall, it was a good experience.

Had a great time with friends! The hotel was super close to both the Missouri Bluffs Golf Course and the 9-11 Memorial. We really enjoyed the clean rooms and the friendly staff. If you're looking for a fun group getaway, this place is perfect!

Only downside was the pool hours. they closed a bit early for our liking.

Unfriendly staff, decent breakfast

Had a rough start when I arrived. Assistant manager was super sarcastic, and even the manager wasn't helpful. Just wanted understanding during a tough time. The room was average, but I gotta say the breakfast was pretty good with several hot choices. Just wished the staff were more considerate.
